How Our Technology Works
SnapScout uses advanced facial recognition technology combined with AI language models to analyze publicly available information, similar to how search engines like Google aggregate and present information from across the web.
Our Process:
- You upload an image containing one or more faces
- Our facial recognition technology identifies and analyzes facial features
- We search for matching faces across publicly indexed images from the internet
- Our AI analyzes associated publicly available data to provide contextual information
- Results include images, biographical information, and relevant details from public sources
Data Handling:
- Uploaded images are temporarily stored on AWS S3 servers for processing
- Facial recognition analysis is performed to identify matching faces
- We aggregate publicly available information associated with matched faces
- User-uploaded images are automatically deleted after processing (typically within 24 hours)
- Search results and AI-generated summaries are based on publicly available data
- We do not store biometric data from user uploads beyond the processing period
